Who and what we are
We are the Arsenal Scotland Supporters Club (ASSC, The Club) which is a social club with membership by subscription. You can find out more about Arsenal Scotland Supporters Club here.
The purpose of ASSC is to encourage and assist support of the Arsenal Football Club (AFC) as a rewarding leisure pursuit for members of ASSC, particularly those based throughout Scotland but also including those presently living elsewhere. The Club is recognised by Arsenal Football Club as an official supporters club. The administration of the Arsenal Scotland Supporters Club is carried out by elected office bearers and their appointed officials all of whom act in a voluntary capacity. What personal data we collect
ASSC collects personal data from its subscribing members comprising name, address, email address, telephone number and date of birth, the latter to establish eligibility for Junior (under 18) members from Adult members for the purpose of fee valuation and ticket sales. Occasionally other personal data may be collected from sources such as attendance lists at events, documentation of personal achievement and records of sales including match tickets and club merchandise. What we will do with the data
ASSC will use this data for the purpose of Club organisation and administration including that of its elected office bearers and their appointed officials. This includes mailings relating to membership and other news, the work of regional representatives who organise local activities and other activities related to match day travel and club events. We do not share your data with other organisations.
How we will store the data
ASSC will store your data on a database, held by our elected office bearers and their appointed membership manager, which is maintained to strict standards of security and in accordance with ASSC’s data protection policies.

Will this privacy policy be updated?
ASSC undertakes to regularly review its policies, including its privacy policy, and may make changes from time to time.
