TICKET PROCEDURES
(Updated 22 June 2023)
The Club’s Management Committee have had to make changes in the procedure for ticketing requests and allocation. These are detailed below.
- In addition to being a Full (Ticket) Member of Arsenal Scotland, requests for match tickets via Arsenal Scotland may only be made by those with paid Arsenal (Red, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Disability Access, Junior Gunner, Cannon or Senior Citizen) Membership.
As such paid Arsenal Membership is a condition for Full (Ticket) Member of Arsenal Scotland.
2. Due to the increase in requests for match tickets and limited availability, all requests may be subject to draw by ballot.
Knowledge of the number of tickets available depends on advice from Arsenal FC. Feedback on ticket requests will therefore be shared only as soon as Arsenal FC advise us. Sometimes that may only be a week or so before the fixture date.
3. All holders of ticket allocated by Arsenal Scotland must carry their ASSC membership card as well as their Arsenal Membership ID to the game.
Arsenal FC and the FA will carry out random spot checks of names on tickets; this can even apply to the batches of tickets distributed at away ground collection points.
Beware of Ticket Touts
It is illegal to buy or sell match tickets other than through Arsenal FC or an Authorised Agent, the latter includes official supporters club such as Arsenal Scotland.
Obtaining a match ticket to be there in person to watch The Arsenal play is a privilege of ASSC membership which will be removed if abused.
Don’t try to buy a ticket from a tout. Instead check out Arsenal Ticket Exchange – although know that it gets very busy and you might be disappointed.
When to apply
Ticket requests must now be made no earlier than Six (6) weeks and no later than Four (4) weeks prior to the fixture date.
There is a two week window to sort out your planning (eg time off work, holiday plans, birthday parties and weddings etc).
For cup ties you have only three (3) days after the cup draw.
That means, for example, if the draw is on a Friday, you have Monday to check with your work etc.

Payment
1. Deposit with Request
Members must be prepared to pay a deposit for each and every ticket requested.
In practice, with ballots now operating for most games, deposits are required within 3 days of having been notified of success in the ballot.
We have no guarantee on how many tickets are available to Arsenal Scotland. Any member who has paid a deposit but does not then have an offer of a ticket will get a full 100% refund of their deposit.
Deposit Payment
Cat A HOME games – £50
Cat B HOME games – £40
Cat C HOME games – £30
All Away Premier league games – £30
FA Cup, League Cup, Euro games – subject to confirmation at the time – usually around £15 – £30.
Payment by Bank Transfer requires confirmation, done by forwarding a screenshot. If the deposit payment is not confirmed your request will be regarded as null and void.
Payment of Balance
Payment of the balance is required within 3 days of a confirmation of a successful ticket request. Payment by Bank Transfer should be confirmed by forwarding a screenshot. If the balance payment is not confirmed the offer of a ticket will be revoked.
MatchDay Changes: Tickets are NOT transferable.
Be aware that SKY, BT etc will (and do) force change to dates/times of matches, so do keep checking.
Costs of transport and hotels are your own concern for each and every match. All travel bookings made at the applicant’s risk.
If the game is rescheduled and you therefore cannot go, we will do our best to refund what you have paid for your ticket. However, this is not guaranteed.
Do not assume responsibility of passing the match ticket to any other person. What happens to tickets obtained by Arsenal Scotland is responsibility of our Executive Committee, delegated to our Ticket Team. There is highly likely to be another member further down the ballot list who will want that ticket.
Anyone selling that ticket or passing it to someone who will do so is putting all members of Arsenal Scotland at risk, and is probably committing an illegal act.
Covid and Matchday Protocols
It is your own responsibility to comply with matchday protocols as required by the Premier League and/or Arsenal Football Club.
Follow the Supporter Code of Conduct. All clubs, Home and Away, will be conducting spot checks and have the authority to refuse entry (this will be at each club’s discretion).
Do not attend a match if you are unwell or risk of transmitting COVID-19.
Follow good public health behaviours – wash your hands, take regular COVID-19 tests.
